How we picked
We looked at 27-inch 1440p gaming monitors for buyers who have almost decided, and compared the manufacturers' specifications with results from independent test publications. Every number on the individual review pages links to its source, and each pick is scored with the Marty Score as described on our methodology page.
OLED or LCD?
The three OLEDs give you per-pixel blacks and near-instant response, which makes motion look exceptionally crisp. The AOC uses a Mini-LED backlight for bright HDR with deep blacks at a much lower price, and the ASUS is a classic Fast IPS panel with outstanding color accuracy for the money.
